地方戏曲演员刘馆长和几个弟子一起经营着一家戏馆，戏馆收入微薄，每天只有几个逃票进来的老头，为了维持戏馆生存，刘馆长想尽办法，但收效甚微，他们的生活也陷入了窘境。有一天，戏馆出现了一个年轻漂亮的姑娘段晓蓝，她是戏馆唯一的年轻观众，也成为了戏馆的希望。这期间，因为偶然事件，段晓蓝身上有了解开戏馆困局的办法，为了能让戏馆延续下去，他们带上这唯一的年轻女观众，开始了一段妙趣横生又曲折离奇的疗伤之旅……。MST3K fodder.
