故事讲述在有中世纪欧洲风格的异世界古都阿伊特力亚，城内流传着一个秘密情报，就是在某小巷中有一间非常有特色的居酒屋「阿信」，那里的食物是其它地方都吃不到的极品美味，而且很便宜，于是懒惰的卫兵、任性的千金、严格的包税人等齐齐前往，被关东煮、炸物、海鲜盖饭等美食俘虏，其实这只是一间不知为何连接到异世界的平凡日本居酒屋…..。该剧延续上一部《金光御九界之东皇战影 》的剧情。讲诉了东瀛几大势力之间的明争暗斗和海境皇室的腥风血雨。而在这之外，还有传说中的夜煌之国在蠢蠢欲动。且看这一部中众人又将经历何种风波，又将何去何从？。With irony and without rhetoric, Stato Di Ebbrezza deals with the issue of alcoholism through a real story, that of renowned cabaret artist Maria Rossi.
