古意（陈松勇 饰）、郭天和明郎（江宏恩 饰）三人是情同手足的死党，彼此之间关系十分要好。然而，明郎误入歧途和黑道产生了瓜葛，身为警察的古意和郭天不得不同昔日好友兵戎相见。走投无路之际，明郎将自己刚刚出世的孩子托付给了古意照顾，之后跌落了山崖。 在古意的悉心照料下，明郎的孩子渐渐长大，古意为其取名为阿郎（江宏恩 饰），以纪念他的父亲。静华（徐敏 饰）是郭天的女儿，一次偶然中，她在就职的学校里同阿郎相遇了，随着时间的推移，两人之间渐渐产生了真挚的感情，这让同样喜欢着静华的阿郎的弟弟宗胜（刘至翰 饰）感到十分不是滋味。。In a confused welter of artistic licence, this is the classical music biopic which makes 'Song to Remember'look like a masterpiece.
