抗日战争时期，天竺山是闽南游击队的根据地，四位儿童团员为地下党护送情报，历尽艰辛。领头的是小和尚阿根，他带着阿妹、马猴、小叫花子一起深入天竺山镇，与日本鬼子、汉奸周旋。凭借着爱国同胞们的掩护和地下党情报员欧阳敏的以死相救，抗日儿童团最终完成了党交给的任务。。A Sports Drama film, Set during the 1970s, the film revolves around a clash between two clans namely Sarpatta Parambarai and Idiyappa Parambarai in North Chennai, which also showcases the boxing culture in the locality and also the politics being involved in it.。
