即将临盆的孕妇马翠兰被人撞倒求助无门，富家女宋雨薇恰好经过，于是用豪车送她去往医院，半路与违规驾驶的拖拉机相撞。拖拉机车主正是马翠兰老公，他见路口的摄像头是坏的，于是与母亲二人对宋雨薇倒打一耙，还对她强行灌酒诬陷其酒驾，并索要巨额赔偿。。While transporting an important package, a young woman is involved in a car accident in the middle of nowhere leaving her trapped under the car. She slowly starts to realise that not only are some very bad men tracking her down wanting to retrieve the item she is transporting but something very dangerous is hunting her from deep within the woods.。
