With communications tense, the daughter of a tech billionaire assembles her own team of specialists to try to destroy the asteroid before it is too late.。『全力!脱力タイムズ』（ぜんりょく だつりょくタイムズ）は、フジテレビ系列で2015年4月17日から放送されているトークバラエティ番組である。2017年10月6日から毎週金曜日23:00 - 23:40（JST）に放送されている。番組の愛称は「Datsuryoku News Network」の頭文字を取って「DNN」もしくは、「脱力タイムズ」。 番組では経済、社会問題、芸能、ファッション、グルメ等の幅広いニュース・テーマが取り上げられる。なお、番組ホームページの番組紹介では「世界各地の最新ニュース」、番組ロゴには「World Report」といった文字があるが、取り上げられるニュース・テーマは海外のものは少なく日本のものが中心となっている。現在は後述の「日本の論点」をメインコーナーとする番組となっている。。
