原来的广告界精英大保（黎明 饰）因事业失败加入了失业大军，见他整日无所事事，好友心怡（宣萱 饰）介绍他到一所中学担任代课老师。想想反正闲来无事，大保爽快答应了。学校里青春烂漫的学生勾起了大保的青春回忆，充满朝气的校园更使他重新振作。在学校工作时大保认识了热心的社工同心（李绮虹 饰）。在同心的感染下，大保对学生尤其是成绩不好的学生更加用心，他的真诚和热心渐渐获得学生认可，成了学校了最受欢迎的老师之一。 日久相处中，大保爱上了同心，可惜同心早已有了男友建材，大保只能在一旁默默的爱着她。其实，同心也渐渐爱上了热忱善良的大保，两人在微妙的感情中，最终何去何从？。In a confused welter of artistic licence, this is the classical music biopic which makes 'Song to Remember'look like a masterpiece.
