讲述了十几岁的索菲说服JJ陪同她参加学校旅行，在这次旅行中，他们两人最终成为国际恐怖分子阴谋的棋子，目标是中央情报局局长大卫·金和他的儿子科林——他是索菲最好的朋友。。本片的剧情以《假面骑士X》电视版初期集数，与日本于1974年7月25日上映的电影版“五人ライダー対キング・ダーク”为蓝本修改，叙述X骑士的诞生，到五骑士与“黑影魔王”（日版的“キングダーク”）的决战。片中黑影魔王最后并以近似永井豪漫画《大魔神》中“黑暗大将军”的造型，变身为原创巨大魔神“齐武帝王”登场。片中演员除了替换为台湾演员演出之外，部分打斗场景并以日本版的画面流用。。Posing as a foppish coward, Diego, a Spanish nobleman, fights injustice in colonial California.
