山口線を走行中の名物SL「貴婦人号」が津和野にさしかかった時、乗客が、臼井トンネルの上から線路に墜落する男性を目撃する。通報で車掌が駆けつけた時、男性はすでに死亡。その直後、目撃者の乗客はなぜか姿を消していた！現場に急行した佐藤刑事(宅麻)は、死亡した男性が以前会ったタクシー運転手・小田切(及田)と知る。 1ヶ月前、小田切はタクシーの客が急病になったと佐藤に助けを求めてきたのだ。その客とは、佐藤の少年時代の友人・雄(永島)の父・源吉(長門)。源吉に付き添う盲目の女性は、雄の妹・道子(若林)だった。佐藤らの捜査の結果、小田切が事件の日の朝、返送した不審な客を乗せていることが判明。また、墜落の目撃者で、その直後に姿を消した乗客は雄とわかり…。。Aglaé Lanctot, 25-years-old, is as insecure as can be.
